There’s a lot to understand when it comes to owning a holiday home. We offer a range of services designed to suit owners who use their properties as a holiday home or for rental purposes.

We will meet with you to discuss all your requirements and tailor a package to meet the needs of your property. Services descriptions are illustrated below.

Rental Licence support can be provide by our locally based legal expert who can assist you in your application.

Managed Service Approach

For those owners that wish to have a managed service property we provide a number of inclusive services:

MANAGED SERVICE APPROACH

We are well known in the local area having lived and owned property here for 8 years and we are often asked to recommend rental properties. As part of this service we will actively market and promote your property to renters searching for suitable properties in the area.

A commission of 5% of the booking fee is charged for rental guests provided by you.

A commission of 15% of the booking fee is charged if we find the rental guest.

Key Holding

Key holding services start from €100 a year.

We will hold a minimum of 3 sets of keys for the property owner:

For ourselves - just in case there is an issue of lost keys, occupants and 3rd party access (i.e.Trades People).

Each set of keys will be tagged with a reference number and stored in a secure safe located at our property.

Property Inspections

A regular inspection service of your property. The cost of this service is €300 per year and incorporates the following:

12 inspections a year
Airing of the property
Check for any signs of unlawful entry to the property
Check for any damage to your property
Check that the garden and pool area are in good order
Visual checks of water/gas/electricity
Immediate notification to the owner of any problems with the property requiring attention and consult with the owner to find a suitable solution
Mail collection.

Meet & Greet

We can welcome your guests at your property upon arrival and help them familiarise themselves with your accommodation. Prices start from €70.

We believe people are more likely to look after your property if they feel you have gone to a lot of trouble to make them feel comfortable and welcome. A happy guest is often a repeat booking. All guests will receive our telephone number so that in the event of any issues we can be contacted to assist. Prices and support will be provided upon engagement.

Additionally, we can inform them about local amenities, restaurants and other attractions in the area.

We can also provide collection and drops offs at Alicante and Valencia airports, transport to local restaurants, arrange car hire. Prices are available on request.

Cleaning & Laundry

Let us take care of the cleaning and laundry when you rent out your property.

Prices range from €80 for a one bedroom apartment to €150 for a three bedroom villa. We will provide a detailed price upon inspection of the property.

Upon departure of your guests we will clean the property and take care of the laundering of the towels and bedlinen, leaving it ready for your next guests.

We also undertake a property freshen ups upon request. This will include airing the property, ensuring the outside areas are free of debris and undertake a light clean. We will also check everything is in working order.

Welcome Packs

If you want your guests to have a memorable stay we recommend our Welcome Packs. We can arrange for the packs to be delivered to the property prior to the guests arrival. We can discuss a suitable budget for your rentals

We can also provide ecologically grown fresh vegetables, oil, honey and fruit from our local farmers.

Should your guests have more specific requirements, please provide 48 hours notice.

Pool Maintenance

Pools are individually priced on a their size and include all the chemicals. The pool maintenance contract consists of twice weekly pool cleaning June to September and weekly during October to May.

Garden Maintenance

From a general tidy up to landscaping, lighting, irrigation systems and tree trimming - we can supply garden services from qualified professionals. General garden maintenance is individually priced on a their size and requirements. Prices start from €20 per hour.
